Mr. Tim Dunaway began his training in Tae Kwon Do in the Fall of 1971 during his freshman year in college. While serving in the United States Marine Corps overseas, he trained in Isshinryu Karate .He was awarded his black belt in Tae Kwon Do from Master Ri Kon Ko in 1989. He currently holds the rank of 3rd Degree Black Belt. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, MO. Prior to opening Green Hills Tae Kwon Do and Personal Safety, Mr. Dunaway was employed as a Firearms and Defensive Tactics Instructor for Missouri State Probation and Parole where he taught many classes in safety awareness, use of force, pepper spray, firearms safety and marksmanship, and defense tactics. He is happy to now be able to devote 100 percent of his time and effort as a full time Tae Kwon Do instructor.

The Facility

Green Hills Tae Kwon Do is located at 607 B Lana Drive, Cameron, MO in the new Snook Prudential building. The facility consists of a mirrored, 1600 ft matted work out area. Students are provided with an ample supply of Wave Masters and various kicking and punching pads to enhance their workouts. Also located within the facility is a pro shop stocked with uniforms, pads, T-shirts, and other misc items. (Return to home page to view pictures of the facility)
