Classes are
continuous
(no special
sessions)- so
you can start
getting into
shape
immediately.
Classes include 25 minutes of aerobic exercise followed by 10-15 minutes of toning. All
classes are taught by certified aerobic kickboxing instructors, and are conducted at one of
our matted martial arts facilities. Equipment such as Wave Masters, resistance bands, and
dumbbells are utilized to enhance the workouts. Results vary, however, students have
reported burning upwards of 600 calories per session.
